A Gift Book To Treasure

"What's the children's book that changed your life?" That is a question we ask a lot around The Purple Cow Bookstore. We are always curious to hear of those stories that helped others through the times. Just this year, Anita Silvey edited this book, Everything I Need To Know I Learned From A Children's Book. The book is a collection of insightful, inspiring and funny stories from more than 100 influential people. Washington Online

On Thursday, November 19th, the store hosted a Washington Online activity day (a program for home school students). It was a pleasure providing space for them to come together for a few hours of fun and learning.
